APRES 58th Annual Meeting

We are pleased to invite you to the 58th Annual Meeting of the American Peanut Research & Education Society, taking place this summer in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico.

APRES MEETING REGISTRATION WILL OPEN MID-MARCH

The APRES Annual Meeting remains the premier forum for advancing peanut research and education. Each year, researchers, extension specialists, industry professionals, and students gather to share new findings, practical applications, and forward-looking insights that strengthen our industry and scientific community.

This year’s program will continue that tradition, offering a dynamic platform to present innovative research, explore emerging challenges, and highlight advancements across all areas of peanut science and production. From agronomy and breeding to food science, sustainability, economics, and beyond, your work plays a vital role in shaping the future of our field.

We encourage you to submit an abstract and contribute to the conversations that move peanut research forward. We look forward to reviewing your submissions and to welcoming you to an engaging and productive APRES Annual Meeting. The deadline to submit abstracts is Monday, March 30, 2026.

In addition to outstanding scientific exchange, the Puerto Rico meeting will offer valuable opportunities to reconnect with colleagues, build new collaborations, and engage with peers from across the peanut community. Registration details and additional meeting information will be shared soon.

Hotel Reservation Link Now Open

We’re excited to share that the hotel reservation link is now open for the 2026 APRES Annual Meeting, taking place July 14–16 at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

With strong interest anticipated for this meeting, we are making hotel accommodations available early and encourage attendees to book as soon as possible. The contracted group rate extends to shoulder dates from July 8 through July 20 (subject to availability), allowing flexibility for early arrivals or extended stays. As an added benefit, the resort fee has been waived for reservations booked within the group block.
